#TipsDiet - Diet Liquid* & Kira Kalori Anda (Count Your Calories)

Assalammualaikum,

Meh kali ni nak habaq, tips2 nak kuruihkan badan yang gedempol yang dah serupa macam pintu kalau tengok dari belakang. Sila jangan terasa ya, sebab ai was talking about myself, once upon a time 8 months ago, i saw myself like an albab from the back! Wtf.

Pikir2 balik, rasa macam kenapa ai mendera badan ai sampai jadik bentuk pintu? 'eh heh

Lepas beranak ujung tahun 2010, sampai la around 8 bulan lepas, dah bermacam2 cara nak kuruskan badan ai dah cuba. Dari telan pills, ke lotion sapu-sapuan, ke girdle/corset ketat-ketatan sampai tak bernafas, ke pengawalan pemakanan, ke rutin bersenam dah ku coba. Tapi tak jugak2 kurus. Makin mengembang ada la. Dari saiz pintu lebar 2 kaki, terus jadik lebar 5 kaki. Dah la pendek, gemuk pulak tu, dah rupa macam penguin madagascar dah aku tengok diri aku sendiri ni. wtf again!

16 May 2013 - 2 days before dad passed away...
I would love to blog about my dad, but i'm still not ready yet.
In the meantime i will keep my memories with him in my head!

After came home from my last trip to Penang back in October 2013, yang membuatkan ai benar2 berazam nak kuruskan badan by 2014. Sebab sebelum pegi Penang, berat badan ku 68kg. That weight has been with me since i gave birth. Tak pernah kurang. Tapi lagi menakutkan bila balik from Penang trip holiday 3D2N, my weight was 74kg. Jeng jeng... 

Terkejut beruk gak la kan. Tak pernah2 sampai 70kg plus beb. TAKOOOOOT!

Tambah menakutkan bila all my life i spent with J, dia tak pernah bersuara pasal body i. Tak de hek, takde hok. Tapi, bila berat jadik 74kg, baru la dia melepaskan segala yang dipendam. Baru la dia nak kata, "ya, your legs looks like rhino!".... amekaw!

Actually sebelum ni dia penah gak panggil ai rupa macam dogong, tapi to me, dogong tu still ok kot, sebab dia ikan, gemok comel panjang straight gitu. Tapi bila dah kata macam badak, badak ada 4 kaki. Dah la badak tu berdiri paha melekat, betis tak bersentuh. Betul2 macam ai sangat dah tu. Itu dah consider danger zone, nenong nenong nenong. 

So i bertekad, before 2014 comes, i have to lose at least 5kg-10kg macam tu la target ai. 

Pikir punya pikir, ai tak nak amik any ubat-ubatan untuk kurus, ai told J, i wana do LIQUID DIET*. 

I love drinking water, tapi tak suka minum banyak. Sekali sip-sip sikit camgitu je. Paling kuat pun daily boleh minum 500-700ml je. Saya seorang yang pemalas nak kencing. Selalu J marah, kadang2 dipaksa nyer aku pegi toilet suh kencing. Sebab dia kata nanti sakit stone ka, pundi kencing letup ka, sapa yang susah. 

Tapi pasal nak jugak buat liquid diet, ai paksa diri minum air more than my usual water consumption. 

Tips diet liquid is senang je. 

Bangun pagi - minum air (2 gelas)
Rasa lapar - minum air (1 gelas)
Lunch time - minum air (1 gelas)
Sebelum makan - minum air (1 gelas)
Tea time - minum air (1 gelas)
Rasa lapar - minum air (1 gelas)
Dinner - minum segelas fruit juice (without sugar) followed by minum air (1 gelas)
Rasa lapar - minum soup kosong (with veges ok, but no ayam/daging/seafoods) followed by minum air (1 gelas)
Supper - minum segelas susu followed by minum air (1 gelas)

The 1st week of my liquid diet, i almost gave up. I'm not used to drinking lots of water liddat one. wtf.

I cheated the 1st week, where i did took a piece of chicken nuggets for lunch. Kadang2 makan roti cream gardenia for dinner. 

Basically, benda yang boleh kunyah i will try to avoid. Tapi memang kena ada support from J. He has helped me a lot so that i can achieve my target in just 2 months before January 2014. 

Selama ai diet, J tolong masak. J tolong kemas rumah. J tolong me a lot. 
Bila ai nak curi makan on the table, dia ingatkan about my diet. It was tough tapi memang berbaloi.

Tak dinafikan bila ai tak makan, ai jadik cepat marah. Mula2 tu ada rasa loya2 sebab perut kembung air. Bila rasa loya, of course kita rasa macam lembik. BUT.... it's all in your mind. Motivate diri sendiri that this is for your health, for yourself.

30 January 2014 - 3 months of doing liquid diet, i lost more than 10kgs.

Paling kelakar after i lost weight, i cut my hair short. A lot of people didn't recognize me. Ramai orang tanya J, mana his wife yang nyanyi with him, when actually ai was standing next to him. Comedy!

NOW, after i did liquid diet for about 2-3 months, ai start to makan proper meals.
(i tahu ramai kata jangan skip meals and bla bla bla, if u rasa u tak nak follow my diet tips, then please stop reading now!)

Tapi sebab ai dah biasa minum air banyak, secara otomatik, you akan rasa kenyang. Just remember - MINUM AIR SEBELUM MAKAN ANYTHING!

So macam mana pulak kalau kita terlupa minum air sebelum makan, and tetiba terlajak makan membuak2 sampai kenyang nak tidor manjang? Or dalam sehari kita makan melampau2 pagi petang siang malam terbelasah makan nasik sebab 3-4 bulan asyik minum air je?

I love the apps. Kita boleh keep track kita punya kalori. From food, drinks, exercise and lagi best, kalau pakai Iphone 5S, ada built-in M7 Motion processor. Tak yah susah2 kira steps, letak je phone 5S dalam poket, go jalan from bed to toilet pun dia dah kira kalori. 

First time pakai the apps, i walked in One Utama Old Wing to New Wing back to Old Wing, apps counted more than 7,500 steps. Gila babeng banyak steps tu! And now bila keje, i put the phone in my pocket sebab i move left to right most of the time and kadang2 je menari sampai peluh2 ke butt crack!

After completing your diary input, results will come out. I usually put my calories 1,200 daily. Tapi jaga makan punya pasal, selalu too few calories. But i don't care, as long as i drink a lot of water, i know my metabolism increased (scroll down to know the benefits of water).

My water boiler is 1.7 liters so it's equal to 7 cups.
Daily i drink about 14-18 cups.


CONFESSIONS
I suka makan sushi king.
Sebelum diet, bila makan sushi king, ku boleh belasah makan kalau susun pinggan tu boleh jadik KL twin tower.
Tapi lepas diet, and ada MyFitnessPal, ai see how much calories in each plate.
And did you know, sushi king menu cover ada info about how much calories you hafta take daily? All you hafta do is see which one suits you.

Ini untuk orang2 yg dok kt umah/ofis, manjang depan pc bontot berat malas nak gerak!

Sejak pandai kira calories, makan at Sushi King dah jadik senang, sebab setiap menu ada tulis berapa kalori. Tak yah susah2 carik dlm apps pun. 

I selalu minum Hot Green Tea, so it's only 2 calories. Kalau ko xmo kalori intake langsung, ko kemam itu ice cubes. wtf

Bila ai start Diet Liquid*, tidak bermakna ai tak makan langsung. Ai did makan tapi dlm perasaan control makan. Maknanya, nasik tak disentuh tapi digantikan dengan sekeping ciken nuggets or seketul hot dog, ataupun setengah roti krim.
