Tanya la mana-mana penyanyi dalam dunia ni, penyakit apa yang paling ditakuti? Sah2 jawapan diorang sakit tekak ngan batuk campur selsema and hingus melelehhhhh je wtf.
So hari hari kena la....
1. Makan Vitamin C
- thanks to J for giving me the pill everyday, kalau nak harapkan aku je, memang selalu lupa.
2. Drink lots of water
- no problem for me. Sejak start liquid diet 6 months ago, per day aku belasah almost 4.5 liters
of water.
3. Must have enough sleep
- Orang kata mesti cukup 6-8 hours max. Tapi sejak start business online ni, tak pernah cukup
tido sehhhh. Ada jer stuffs to settle. Dulu asal lepas 2pm je tido 2 jam. Sekarang dapat tido
15 minit je. Sighhhh..
4. Avoid spicy & oily food
- NO! I grew up makan pedas and goreng2. Macam mana nk elak tu sumer? Again, nasib baik
i did my liquid diet, so dah kurang la makan pedas and goreng2. KURANG. Bukannya stop
terus ya wtf.
5. Avoiding outdoor activities
- Siang cuaca panas terik. Petang plak hujan. Cuaca tak menentu, so most of the time i stayed
at home unless got COD for my cosmetics order la.
6. No Smoking
- huh? ehehehehe ... kalau tak smoke tapi bekerja di tempat yang penuh ngan asap rokok,
soooo "if you can't beat em, join em!" wtf.
I ni pulak, kalau tak sakit demam batuk selsema combo, memang takde sakit langsung. Syukur alhamdulillah. Tapi kalau aku sakit batuk selsema package demam skali, always took me almost 3 to 4 weeks max.
Maka mula la makan obat batuk jenis syrup or jenis pill la, tapi hampeh. Antibiotics makan pun still x clear.
About a month ago paling teruk ku sakit combo batuk & selsema. Macam2 segala obat ai cuba, tapi tak baik2 jugak. Bayangkan 2 malam keje, tapi tak menyanyi langsung. Kesian kat J & Wan je yang menyanyi.
Ada 1 hari tu, masih sakit tekak batuk tak sudah, terlalu depan kedai ubat cina. L mintak beli air. Singgah beli air. Nak keluar tu, tetiba ku teringat, eh, aku ni kat kedai ubat, nak try tanya la ubat untuk sakit tekak.
So the chinese old lady suggest me to try this 1 medicine. Dia bagi 2 pack je. Kecik halus mulus je packaging dia. 1 pack RM2. Dia kata try makan ubat tu. Mungkin boleh baik my sakit tekak. Tapi kena PANTANG MAKAN PEDAS and GORENG GORENG STUFFS. And also MINUM BANYAK AIR. I said OK with my two thumbs up!
Balik rumah terus makan da pills. First at 2pm. Then i took the 2nd pack at 8pm.
Bangun tido the next day terus baik!
Mujarab giler.
Nak tau apa nama obat tu, nah gambar kotaknya. Pegi la mana2 kedai ubat cina, tanya depa or tunjuk je gambar ni!

Lepas tau betapa mujarabnya ubat ni, mak terus beli sekotak besar.
Tapi not from the same chinese meds shop.
Pi kedai lain pulak.
Pic #2
The small pack.
Dalam pack kecik ni ada tube halus with 10 small small pills.
Pic #3
Satu kotak besar RM12. Maknanya 1 pack RM1 je.
Takpa la pompuan cina yang mula2 tu jual RM2 sepack.
Janji aku baik dari sakit tekak.
Pic #4
The ingredients.
As u can see children pun boleh telan ubat ni.
Mesti ikut dosage yang disarankan ya.
As you can also see the 1st ingredient is MARGARITA. Not to worry! That is not the name of the alcoholic drinks ya. It's the pharmaceutical name for a chinese herb also known as PEARL. According to mr.google, Margarita calms the heart, calms convulsions, clears the liver, eliminates nebula and promotes tissue regeneration.
Pic #5
The size of the tubes. Its very small. Must take with plain water.
And when taken the pills, must must drink lots of water.
There is also another chinese medicine taken by our famous songbird, Siti Nurhaliza.
Pic #6 (pinjam from Dato' CT instagram)
Dato' CT pun tak tau apa nama ubat ni sebab obviously written in Chinese. So i always have this picture in my fon. Masa beli ubat sakit tekak pill halus2 tu, aku tunjuk botol ni kat cina sengseng tu, tapi dia kata kedai dia tak jual la. I asked for the name, tapi dah lupa laaa..
So sapa sapa di luar sana yang nak ubat mujarab untuk sakit tekak batuk kahak, boleh la pegi lari ke kedai ubat cina yang berhampiran dan buy the meds.
Anak i pun makan the meds bila dia sakit tekak. 1 hari je dia makan ubat ni. Next day terus baik!
