I'M DOING THE BLISS 14 DAYS CHALLENGE, WHAT ABOUT YOU?

Ok ok, it says 14 days challenge, but since i've fallen in love with it, i made it forever challenge! Boleh jer!

I think im one of the millions of people having problem to poop. Selalunya i poop 2 or 3 times in a week! Yes, that means ONCE in every 2-3 days. BAD! I know!

With my kind of work, woke up already almost noon, took breakfast at 1pm. Then lunch at 5pm and then dinner at 3 in the morning, wtf, then go to sleep, then the cycle repeats, and i pray hard that i'll poop, so that by next dinner, i can fill up my tummy with more food at 3 in the morning!

But SAD for me, it didn't work that way! Unlike my hubby and my keyboardist, everytime lepas makan, terus shoot ke toilet or comfort room, bak kata orang pilipin, to do their business! (Yes, pinoy people call toilet COMFORT ROOM!)

So i came across hanis zalikha's blog talking about 14 Day Challenge with Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink. I love yoghurt drinks. But i don't really know the function of yoghurt. I never knew that it can make me poop like any normal person, example my hubby James and my kibodis Wan, makan then poop, makan then poop, makan then poop, i jealous!

Jadinya, on 3 June 2011, i purchased 4 bottles of Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink at Tesco Kepong Village. Kalau beli 1 botol 700g around RM3.80 but if buy 2 bottles Value Pack, it's only RM6.80. 

Kata nya Nestle Bliss, we must drink at least 2 glasses of 200g per day. Aku tak tau byk mana is 200g, so i assumed that 700g sama ngan 2 and 1/2 glasses lar kan. So pandai2 la ko bajet hot tuang sehari 2 gelas.

What i did, i pakai gelas tinggi setengah botol Bliss. So, 2 kali tuang per day.

Macam2 perisa ada.

Kiwi, orange, mango, strawberry, mixed fruits, etc etc...

ADAKAH ANDA TAHU? 

Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink is Good for DIGESTION cos it has Inulin & Live Cultures... 

wtf Apakah Inulin? 

It's fibre and helps increase intestinal Bifidobacteria and helps maintain a good intestinal environment. ("serat makanan" membantu meningkatkan Bifidobacteria usus dan membantu mengekalkan persekitaran usus yang baik).

So that explains why drinking Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink makes you easy to poop.

Sejak amik Bliss, aku belasah jer segala makanan. Takde diet2 lagi dah. So i don't missed any kempunan nak makan2 makanan yang best best!

So my sister took this Spaghetti Seafood...

and me makan the famous CHICKEN PIE...

Selepas 6 hari dengan 4 botol Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink, my poop is like any normal people. Bau kentut pun ya amat! Aku sendiri tak tahan.

Pasal aku suka ngan bau kentut penghadaman aku, hari hari  poop tak pernah miss, lepas habis botol ke-3, terus aku gi tesco kepong village again and nak top-up lagi Nestle Bliss Yoghurt Drink.

I was hoping for the value pack still ada. Tengok2 dah takde the value pack. Tapi much much better pack, buy 3 bottles for RM11. Apa lagi, gua pun belasah sampai 9 botol. Expiry date sumer by 1st July 2011.

*Oh ya, actually semasa dlm 14 DAY CHALLENGE tu, aku terkena STOMACH FLU... given by James.... Yes it's transferable, and very very sakit. I was thinking that the yoghurt drink is the cause of me sakit perut and berak2 cirit, tapi impossible sebab James yang tak minum the drink kena stomach flu few days before i kena.

Harini, i've come to my last bottle of Bliss. Definitely tomorrow i'll have to top-up my BLISS :D

I HAD A DAISY DAY

adoiiii... takde niat pun nak tinggal-tinggalkan blog ni. Tapi sejak keje di Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur, nak tengok anak2 pun susah. Selalu dapat tengok 4-5 jam max. Itu anak2, hobby ku nonton tv series yang berpuluh2 episode pun tak dapat tengok.

Sebenarnya, topik2 blog dah lama standby. Macam2 tajuk dah tulis dalam notes BB ku. Idea tu kalau datang berduyun2. Bahan2 pun dah ada. Cuma MASA tak terkejar.

Inipun rasa2 macam express update. (kalau tak express, post ini dipanggil post senandung malam).

Korang tau tak aku nyer perfume Bulgari yang aku suka giler2-bau-dia-mcm-tak-hengat, yang beli 3 tahun lepas dah habih last year. Pastu perfume Sarah Jessica Parker yang laki aku bagi masa birthday aku 33 tahun, still ada tapi aku tak berapa suka bau dia. So kalau diletakkan perfume Bulgari & Sarah Jessica Parker, dah sah2 aku grab perfume Bulgari.

Ok ok, ni aku bukannya nak citer pasal Bulgari. Tapi aku nk citer pasal aku memang plan nak ketuk laki aku beli perfume. Thought of getting Lancome Tresor pulak lar konon.

Pastu kebetulan la si Paris_B, buat contest kt blog dia. Sapa Paris_B ko tanya? Dia nyer blog citer pasal beauty products. Ko tak caya ko click la blog dia.

She came out with one post about dapat hadiah perfume. Marc Jacobs. Daisy Fragrance. Harram aku tak penah pun tau Marc Jacobs ada perfume. Aku pun bila dapat tau hadiah perfume, tergedik-gedik aku cekidaud.

Lepas dah teliti apa yang kena buat, aku pun berkata dalam hati, "ELEH, KACANG JER NI!". Dengan muka confident nyer, aku ajak laki aku gi Pavilion keesokan harinya dengan alasan kukuh, nak beli botol susu BPA free untuk anak pompuan ku, SIVAJI. (yes, aku panggil anak pompuan ku sivaji, sebab aku ngidam nk tengok sivaji the boss masa pegnant kat dia dolu).

Sebenarnya kat blog paris_b tu kata, "ko kena pegi Pavilion, main entrance, ada booth jual Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume. Ko cuma perlu amik gambar dengan salah satu props booth Marc Jacobs. Lepas dah ambik gambar, hantar ke email aku dengan tajuk I HAD A DAISY DAY" itu kata paris_b lar. Kalau ko tak caya gak, ko baca here.

So the next day, pagi2 aku bangun, terkedek2 aku ngan lakiku naik monorail dari Concorde (bukit nanas) turun 1 station jer (raja chulan)... ya, aku tau aku pemalas, cuaca panas dowh!!

Sampai2 jer aku terus carik mothercare. Ingat, tujuan utama nak carik botol susu BPA free okeh. Aku lempang ko Nina kalau ko pergi ke parkson tengok kasut!

Tengah jalan2 nak carik mothercare, terLALU kat main entrance pavilion, and TA-DA.... terserempak ngan booth Marc Jacobs. Aku pun dengan muka tak malu nyer, terus keluarkan Blackberry aku. Dah excited teruja cam monyet nampak pisang, tak sabar nak bergambar! Elok jer pulak tu, ada buaian kat tengah2 depan pintu masuk ngan hiasan bunga2 daisy.

Aku suh laki aku amik gambar aku. Dia pulak gelabah malu2. (dia mesti ingat bini dia mental nak amik gambar ngan bunga2 daisy yang tak segar, malah diperbuat daripada kadbod jer kot). Tapi aku pedulik apa, aku nak menang.

Dengan muka tak boleh blah, aku dok kat buaian tu ala2 goddess, dengan peace sign, laki aku amik gambar aku.

Lepas amik jer gambar, aku terus send ke email @paris_b. Cayalah nina. Ko memang smart. Sebab ko pakai smart phone. *tampar muka sendiri laju2 sebab perasan*

Dah hantar email, aku leh buat2 tanya baper harga sebotol minyak wangi Daisy tu. Humang-ai, mahal gilos. 75ml jer dah RM265. 100ml dia dekat RM300 lebih jugak arrrr... (pendengaran ku terus hilang pada tahap 100ml sebab terkejut dengan harga 75ml, tu pasal aku tak tau baper harga 100ml)

Lepas telan air liur berkati-kati sebab terkejut dengan harga perfume nyer, kitorang pun membelah kan diri cepat2 dari situ. Maka sejak hari itu, aku berdoa sungguh2 lar, aku terpilih di antara 8 orang winners for the picture yang aku hantar. Yes, the organizer chose only 8 winners.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY.

Aku dapat hadiah handbag. Handbag LV. Laki aku belikan. Nope.... bukan original nyer. Terus terang aku kata kat sini. Aku sebenarnya tak hingin pun branded branded nyer barang. Never la aku teringin nak pakai Coach handbag ke, LV ke, Gucci ke, Prada, Miu Miu, dan yang lain2 yang sewaktu dengannya.

Aku beli ni pun, kes member aku, dia pomot giler2 handbag branded kualiti AAA (macam size battery pulak ek). Yang best nyer, member aku pomot timing baek punya. Kebetulan memang handbag Guess aku dah koyak koyak. Itu pun the last time aku beli handbag Guess tu 3 tahun lepas tuh. Lama sungguh dia berkhidmat pada ku.

Handbag yang member aku pomot ni memang bagus. Harga original handbag aku tuh about RM3,200 (sorry ler gua nak beli mahal2). Tapi beli ngan member aku, harga RM600 jer. Kualiti memang tiptop. Kulit dia sejibik sejibik macam original. Berat dia, ya amat. Kalau korang nak order, boleh je. Aku boleh dapat 10% daripada harga yang dipamerkan. Harem pants tak ler ghope macam 'harrram'

I always thought I don't look good wearing harem pants.

I always thought harem pants look good only on skinny people.

I always thought of mc hammer and his song "can't touch this" video clip everytime i saw people wearing harem pants.

So I came across one kedai kat times square and the chinese lady boss is wearing the pants. It somehow looks nice and not that-gendong-taik-kinda-pants!

Of course she is thin but I decided to give it a try jugak.

I tried black color and decided to take 2 pieces. The other 1 was pink.

After 5 days, my sister bought 2 pieces also. And I bought another 1, which is grey color.

After my sis bought, my mum asked me to buy for her also. I went again just today, bought 1 green color for my mum and I bought 1 blue color for myself.

Becos I'm so much in love with the pants, I now have 4 harem pants! Sebelum ni aku selalu cakap "apsal bila aku pakai harem pants nampak cam harrrram je".

Kesimpulannya, belum coba belum tau daaa!

Don't be MAD!

I don't watch this year's American Idol (AI) since the 1st episode where they went for state auditions. I don't watch AI during the hollywood auditions too. I didn't watch AI during the wild card. In short, i didn't even watch this year's AMERICAN IDOL.

Unlike my hubby who is a BIG FAN of AI, he's been following since the 1st episode until TOP 9 week. Everytime after he watched any episodes (downloaded delayed episode becos we're working), he loves telling me that si polan polan has a good voice, si polan tu very bakla (pondan), si polan tu have a nice voice tone. Kiranya macam dia tu pun judging AI jugak ler (who doesn't judge when watching AI right?).

Soooo, last night he watched TOP 9 episodes where they sang ROCK songs. I don't know who is who. I've heard and known a few like Jacob (sebab very the pondan) and Casey (cos he was saved and ada drama alkisahnya?). 

He insist me watching with him on his computer. So we lie down on our hotel bed, he put on the show, he watched, i took a few glimpse here and there cos i was busy BBM, and when it came to Scotty, i can't help noticing that he looks exactly like my favourite boy on a magazine cover.

I told hubby, "Yang, he looks like the boy on the MAD Magazine cover!". Hubby replied "Huh?", i googled an image of MAD Magazine and showed him, and he said "YA LAH!".... LOL....

Tak percaya? 

I've googled, and put both pictures side by side and u can see the resemblance!

I was shocked this morning when i opened my fb and found status updates on a few frens talking about fake eggs which is popularly man-made in CHINA!

oh my oh my, now, even food u don't know if its real or not. What i know is, roti telur McEgg from mamak McDonald's will be out of my mind for the next, i don't know, couple of months?? 

And now i just found out on thestar online, there's a lady in Georgetown Penang bought those fake eggs?? Read here for details.

It's worth the wait

I'm just soooooo excited to say that i'm just a few hours away to getting my next targ3t!

It's going to be the 1st target as mentioned in my previous post. The second ones, although i didn't get a yellow netbook, i managed to grab a really cheap netbook from MIMOS from a friend. Delivered by hand to me, just last month! 

Really really can't wait for tomorrow afternoon!!! Yippeedeeyai!

cos daddy and mummy working at that hotel when abang was born.

Now, i also get to mandi in a hotel, cos daddy and mummy working

at CONCORDE HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR.

Mandi in sink also can lar, as long as i get

to take my bath in a hotel!

Mummy brought me to the clinic.

At 2 months, I weighed 4.4kgs now.

I also get my 1st dose of some injections at the clinic.

I heard the nurse told mummy that i'll be getting a slight fever.

Nasib baik ada ubat demam.

At night, i demam sikit jer, cos i'm a strong girl,

by the next morning, i was totally fine.

Nenek jaga i elok2.

Nenek sayang Laila!

Mummy and daddy came from the hotel to pick me up.

Everyday mummy & daddy spent only about 5 hours max with me and abang.

Everyday at 5pm, we were sent back to nenek's house!

It's ok, nenek's house pun best!

After mandi, i don't feel sleepy yet even though dah belasah milk 4oz.

Mummy tengok i don't want to sleep, dia taruk channel 705 and start singing to me!

I like mummy's singing voice! Always makes me smile!

Especially when she sing elmo's world theme song.

This is wen daddy go out buying my milk at 99 Speedmart.

I'm very hungry at this time, cos i just woke up at nenek's house,

saw mummy and daddy came to pick us up to go home.

I'm so-so hungry plus the hot weather, i started to cry,

hoping mummy will make my milk.

But abang kyle can't hear me crying.

Everytime he heard me crying, he sure do PEEK-A-BOO with me.

I love to play peek-a-boo with abang.

He's such a comedian too.

Sometimes he sings TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR to me!!

My 3 months clinic checkup turned out good.

Although my weight didn't increase so much since my 2nd checkup,

but the nurses said 4.75kg is good.

I got my 2nd jab too. As always, i'm strong, i don't even cry!

So we all went to KLCC's PIZZA HUT and enjoyed 2 regular pizzas. Actually they all enjoying it, cos i'm still a baby and i can't eat pizza.

Well, 7 March 2011, my son, my only son turns 5. His daddy insist on buying him a portable game device pasal dia suka kacau daddy dia main game computer. Bila dah kacau, macam mana daddy dia nak buat keje???. After i survey for PSP, DS Lite and DS XL, we decided, to buy him Nintendo DS Lite. Actually daddy dia sibuk suh beli DS XL, sebab XL ada wifi, and he said that he can use the device for wifi. But i told him just buy DS Lite, cos there's no way my son gonna let us use the game for wifi.

So we bought him his present one day earlier than his birthdate. Sunday afternoon, 6th March, we went shopping for his present at Sungei Wang Plaza. Turun monorail jer terus serbu the nearest kedai game. After bargain bargain harga, from RM600 (device + memory card), i got the device for RM550 (device RM450, memory card RM100, plus RM30 for screen protector), all in all total RM590. He was soooo happy that after buying the device, he suddenly said he's tired and wanna go back to the hotel (i'm staying at the hotel most of the time now!) Dalam hati ni berkata, "amboi2, pandai nyer anak aku nih. Dia dah dapat barang dia, terus ajak balik. Tak mo jenjalan lagi dah!!!" Tapi ader aku kisah? Aku pun nak sopping gak!

Bangkit tido, terus main game.

By noon, im supposed to collect a cake i ordered from a dear fren who always come to Crossroads Lounge. Everytime Chef Noor came to see us performing, she'll bring 2 HUGE SLICES of cakes for james and me. Most of the time, she'll bring RED VELVET cake. I love it cos it's not so sweet and very moist and yummy. So i ordered CHOCOLATE cake from her, and told her i'll pick up on Monday afternoon.

So we went to THE DAILY GRIND at BANGSAR VILLAGE. After parking, we gave a call to her and she told us to go downstairs at lower ground floor (never knew got shops downstairs, i thought basement parking only!).

Sampai sampai je, we thought of just pick up our cakes, and i saw it's a nice cosy restaurant, so i told James, let's just haf lunch. We sat, we ordered and then chef noor took out 2 HUGE cakes, 1 chocolate cake (as per order), and the other one RED VELVET, my favourite!!!

Takmo banyak citer lagi, meh kita nengok gambar2 pulak...

surprisingly Laila was behaving very very good

It's JALAPENO stuffed with cheese and something (couldn't remember),

i tell u.... SEDAP GILER.

Pedas memang pedas, tapi SEDAP GILER!

Ada lagi 1 special menu, its CHICKEN WINGS with one of the signature sauces, SPICY one!! She even tapau for us to try em. Memang pedas and sedap giler!

I would highly recommended the place if you love to eat burgers!!! From the burger patty to the bread, sumer nyer buat sendiri!!! The fries pun sedappppp!!! If not for the burgers, you can try the cakes. They are superb yummy! U should try the RED VELVET! (Cakes are a bit pricey but if you scroll up again and look at the picture of the chocolate cake, u could see that it's huge and tall. Chocolate cake had 3 layer, and the Red Velvet had 4 layers!)
