I dah masuk 38 minggu. Went thru the day doing usual routine. Tapi around noon, tetiba ada brown spot discharge. Only sikit. Still no worry.

5 December 2010 (Sunday)

Brown spot discharge getting many.

6 December 2010 (Monday)

During the day, nothing came out. But night just after 7pm, suddenly got lots of blood come out. Rushed to the hospital. After checkup, doc said, pintu dah buka 2cm and im preparing for labour. Heartbeat baby is good. So was sent home around 9:30pm. But was advised kalau kena any 4 of the following, do come back to the hospital...

1. Many blood come out together with red thick look like jelly.
2. No movement from the baby.
3. Contraction 3-4 times in 10 minutes and
4. Water bag broke.

7 December 2010 (Tuesday) - PUBLIC HOLIDAY, AWAL MUHARRAM

Started to feel contraction every 15 minutes and at times 20 minutes. Still waiting at home. Still logged on FB and Twitter. Still hoping that i'll give birth on the 7th December 2010. But until 10pm, no sign of giving birth, decided to go to sleep early with Mikail.

8 December 2010 (Wednesday)

3am - Woke up, cos hubby just came back home. Started to feel pain every 5 minutes. And it's getting worst after pukul 4pagi. At 4:30am, contraction every 3 minutes. Told James, we'll wait till 5am. If it's still every 3 minutes, we'll go to the hospital.

5am - James and Mum was about to go to sleep when i suddenly feel sooooo much pain. I can't walk, contraction lasts upto 15-20 seconds every 3 minutes. Told James and Mum, let's go to the hospital.

5:20am - Mum drove to Selayang Hospital.

5:50am - Reached the hospital terus gi wad bersalin and they checked me up, told me that pintu dah buka 6cm.

6:30am - After monitoring the baby's heartbeat and consulting me on the process of normal labour, they said i have to give birth now. They broke my water bag.

6:45am - Contraction is getting worst. Adoiiiiiii... Menggigil-gigil badan tahan sakit. Beristighfar and salawat banyak2 and berdoa ajer yang aku lakukan.

7:00am - Still waiting to go in labour room.

7:15am - Dapat masuk LABOUR ROOM number 8. Contraction makin makin sakit.

7:30am - James came in the labour room. Sib baik husband boleh masuk. Mum & Mikail waiting at the waiting area. The doctors said i've dilated 10cm already. Started pushing. Setiap 30 saat sakit, diorang kata "PUSH LONGER LONGER LONGER LONGER", but my contraction is sekejap2, so pushing pushing then i stopped.

8:30am - James were holding up my head everytime i was pushing since the past 1 hour. Another doctor came. A young girl named Dr. Farra.

8:45am - James still next to me. Encouraging me to push and push. I was getting tired already. And i told myself, i have to finish this quick and when i said quick, i meant it! With everyone around me saying i can do it, and u need to push longer, hold ur breath, put ur head up, ur butt down, pull both ur legs, I GAVE MY HEART OUT by PUSHING ALL MY MIGHT, dengan segala KUDRAT ku PUSH PUSH PUSH, rasa cam NYAWA DI HUJUNG TANDUK, finally, my baby's head popped out! And the doctor said, OK... GOOD the head's out and now 1 more push and ur baby will be out. James saw the head and said i was doing good. SO after the doctor count up to 3, i gave my LAST PUSH and bloob bloob bloob, my BABY is out and she was crying!

They cut her umbilical cord and put her on my chest, cover her with a piece of cloth. She stopped crying, all soaking wet with a little bit of mucus plug and blood, she just stare at my face. While the baby was on me, the doctor pulled out the placenta and the rest of the things that supposed to come out lar, which i don't really care cos all i know i was enjoying looking at the baby girl on my chest who we've decided to name her LAILA ELENA SUMILANG!

The next thing i know, they're sewing my 'down part'... many many stitches, with my baby on my chest. Halfway sewing, the nursery nurse came in and take the baby away to clean her.

9:30am - just before the doc finished sewing, the nursery nurse came in to pass me back my baby. Telling everyone in the room she weighs 3.04kg. After done stitching, everyone went out. The doctor said she'll come back after 1 hour to check on the stitches. 1 nurse were left to clean up the mess in the room.

While waiting for the doc to come back, i was chatting with James in the room while looking at my baby girl.

10:30am - Dr. Farra came back to check on my stitches. After checking, she said i can go to the ward.

11am - Was sent to Ward 5B, bed number 8. Mum and Mikail saw LAILA for the 1st time. Heheh... mikail was soooo excited that he kept saying "that's my sister, that's my sister!"

11:30am - After settling down in bed and the baby next to me, Mum & James & Mikail decided to go home. They needed their rest. Didn't sleep the whole night. Kesiannnn....

When they left, i tried to sleep too, but then Mama Ailin, Eddie, Asu and the kids came to visit during visiting hours. They saw how pangit Laila is and left at at 1:30pm.

Then i was left with my baby. Took some short naps here and there.

1 doctor came and check again my stitches. He said i'm doing fine, but need to monitor the baby's blood sugar. If its more than 3.5, we both can go home.

By night, after few feedings, the baby's blood sugar is only 2.8. At night i did have my rest. Laila Elena cried during the night but after feeding her, she went back to sleep.

9 December 2010 (Thursday)

7am - the nurse took the reading of Laila's blood sugar and it has gone up to 4.9. They asked me whether the baby already kencing and berak, i said YES.

9am - doctor came to check and said, i can go home today. Yahoo....

12pm - a nurse came asking to call my husband to settle d payment cos i can be discharged right after 2pm.

2:30pm - James settled all the payment, and after explanation of my medication and forms and everything, we both finally went home.

YES - YEAR END SALE by PDRM

I saw in the news on Saturday night, pasal orang2 yang kena saman by the polis, mereka beratur panjang kat balai polis trafik nak bayar saman. Kesiannnnn....

Ini sumer gara2 PDRM bagi diskaun YES (YEAR END SALE). Apa korang ingat shopping malls sajer yang ada YES ke?

Al-kisahnya, yang i tak paham benar ni, mentaliti rakyat malaysia kita. Nak jadikan cerita, reporter tu interview beberapa orang, actually 3 orang quite berumur gak lar. 1 orang lelaki chinese, 1 perempuan chinese and 1 makcik malay.

Yang best nyer, ketiga-tiga mereka mengadu yang bukan-bukan pada reporter berita tu.

Yang lelaki cina tu cakap (seperti yang aku ingat lar ya!) "Bagus lar kasik diskaun, tp banyak penat tunggu, queue banyak panjang!"

Yang pompuan cina tu cakap (again seperti yang i remember2 forget ya) "Banyak susah la, kaunter buka sikit, queue panjang, sangat penat tunggu!"

Yang makcik melayu ni yang best (i memang ingat apa dia cakap!) "PENAT TUNGGU, MENYUSAHKAN AJER, TUNGGU SAMPAI MENGANTUK DAH MAKCIK!"

So basically KETIGA-TIGA MEREKA mengatakan time nak bayar saman semasa PDRM bagi diskaun MENYUSAHKAN?

Kalau menyusahkan, naper korang tak nak bayar lepas dapat saman tuh? Tak yah tunggu time PDRM bagi diskaun. Kalau selama nih ko boleh berlengah2, puas tido buat tak peduli kat saman ko, tak kisah pun!

Kesimpulan nya - MEREKA NI PATUT BERSYUKUR DAPAT DISKAUN FROM PDRM. Jangan la nak menyalahkan PDRM jer. Salahkan diri sendiri tu sebab lambat bayar. Kalau nk untung, kena la tanggung kepenatan ko menunggu beratur panjang tu!

Did i have a blast on my birthday yesterday?

NO.

Don't get me wrong.

The word blast here is meant to be for my water bag! LOL.

On 30th November 2010, i went for my weekly pregnancy checkup at the clinic, and the nurses said i'm already 37 weeks and 3 days. Maknanya, i can beranak already. They were actually teasing me that maybe after midnight i'll give birth. So i told them, if it's true, then it's good cos it's my birthday on the 1st December.

Most of my frens and families started praying that i'll give birth yesterday.

UNFORTUNATELY it didn't happen, i guess it's not time YET!

Well, how did i celebrate my birthday? DID NOTHING! Cos i was basically waiting whether my water bag gonna break or not! :D

So i guess, today we'll be going out to have some nice lunch somewhere! Hmmmm... let's see where should i go and have lunch!

2010 Resolution. What have you achieved?

The year 2010 is coming to an end.... exactly 31 days to go...

And soon 2011 will open its door. And im sure you guys will make a new year's resolution again. But have you achieved this year's resolution?

I DID.

I had only 1 resolution made before the year 2010. Actually i made the resolution from the year 2008. But i will tell you what it is before this post ended ok.

As the days go by, month by month passed, i did have other resolution. But i wouldn't call it resolution, i'll call it "TARGET".

A few targets were made from the beginning of this year. The thing about targets are that THEY USUALLY INVOLVED MONEY! And when i say money, i meant big money!

So... if i've achieved at least 1 target, pun dah kira alhamdulillah! And the 1 target that i got this year is....

It's a gift from James.

He knew i've always wanted a flat screen tv.

Tapi most of the time, my son is the one enjoying the tv,

cos he's the remote control holder now!!

And now let's see what's my other target that i didn't get it this year. Kenapa tak dapat target? Sebab kenkadang benda yang ditarget tu dirasakan seperti membazir, contoh, sometimes benda yang digunakan masih boleh berfungsi dengan baik utk digantikan dengan benda yang ditarget! Seperti TV LCD tu, sebelum ni we're having the pregnant 29 inch TV, actually still can use the pregnant tv, tapi bila pakai LCD TV, the pregnant TV were given to my beloved parents yang sebelum ini cuma pakai 14" tv di dalam bilik tidur mereka! Kiranya tak ler membazir. Saya berbakti pada kedua ibu dan bapa ku!

Ni ada satu kisah pasal McDonald's drive-thru kat NKVE Dataran Prima.

Every night lepas hantar James to work, i will definitely pass that McDonald's! Selalunya dalam seminggu driving passing that McDonald's, mesti singgah 1 or 2 times in a week! It's either Kyle asking for Happy Meal or me simply wana eat a burger!

Tapi lain pulak kes nyer hari Khamis lepas! My son dah tido on the way sending James. So balik tu, driving sensorang, sebelum sampai kt McDonald's tu, tetiba tekak ni teringin sangat nak pekena filet-o-fish. Selalu order Spicy Chicken McDeluxe jer. So apa lagi, gua pun corner masuk drive-thru McD.

Dah order, and buat bayaran, aku pun terus jalan daaa... Nama pun drive-thru ya dak? Bukannya drive-in!

Tapi lepas kuar d drive thru, aku stop kt Stesen Shell sebelah tu. Sebab aku order 1 set, maknanya burger plus french fries plus air coke. Set LARGE pulak tu!

Berhenti tu pun pasal teringat kt French Fries tuh. Takut sampai rumah kang, dah sejuk tak sedap!!!

So, aku ngan excited nyer, park kat tepi jap, kuarkan French Fries tuh and nak makan lar. Tapi betapa kecewanya bila aku kuarkan French Fries itu and it's not FULL! WATAFAK?

Camner aku nk patah balik nih? Kalau aku makan kat restoran, memang aku dah ngamuk dah. Korang tgk jer la gambar aku snap ni ha...

Ada ke bagi Large french fries macam nih? Tak ke hampeh?

Patut nyer penuh begini.....

So amacam? Kalau korang beli McD drive thru and dapat fries setengah camni,

apa korang buat?

*kira aku nih bernasib baik gak, ada sekali tu kazen boboy aku order Spicy Chicken McDeluxe at the same McDonald's Drive-Thru, yang kelakarnya, lepas jalan, dia stop kt tepi jalan gak lar, konon nk taruk sauce and makan the burger. Dia kata roti and sayur nyer dah betul, tapi isi nyer FILET-O-FISH daaa... Habih camner? Nak patah balik tak boleh! Makan jer lar!!!

Before i start, i wana say PLEASE FORGIVE ME Nokia...

I have been a loyal Nokia user... like... forever, tapi when i find out from here that i MAYBE have a chance to win a brand new DIGI BLACKBERRY TORCH 9800, mungkin i kena buka pekung di dada ni about kekurangan handphone NOKIA!

Sebelum kita melalut tentang kekurangan handphone Nokia dengan lebih lanjut, I will definitely say that NOKIA is a one hell of a SMART PHONE. YES!!! But i think DIGI BLACKBERRY TORCH 9800 is definitely SMARTER!

1. Digi Blackberry Torch 9800 screen is bigger and it's also a phone with touch screen. Kalau ada emergency sangkut dlm lift or tayar keta pancit, tekan jer screen tu utk panggil bantuan!
2. Digi Blackberry Torch 9800 has push Email. Walaupun aku nih bukan nyer businesswoman, tapi aku suker check email ku. Dengan push Email, tekan jer, maka terbuka lar surat2 cinta ku! (E'eh? Ada ke? Surat SPAM banyak lagi banyak dari surat cinta! Haha)

TAGA STROLLER BIKE

Whoever invented this stroller bike is a genius!

I'm already at 34 weeks, and i haven't finished shopping for my newborn yet. Ada lar dalam 2-3 barang lagi yang perlu dibeli.

One of them is a stroller. At first plan nyer takmo beli. Sebab nyer ada banyak stroller sebenarnya kt umah ni. Tapi sumer nyer hands down from Aidan & Mikail. Just imagine Aidan already 8 years (tapi memang kuat giler lar aidan nyer stroller tuh). And Mikail dah nak masuk 5 tahun dah. Itupun stroller lama Mikail si Adli pakai sekarang ni. So... i decided to get a new one for my lil precious.

Dah puas survey online sana-sini, yang banyak jual online is brand Maclaren. Aku tau Maclaren nih kereta F1 jer. Tak pasal2 aku beli kang aku tolak laju jer stroller tuh. Tapi kazen ku kata, Maclaren berat plak.

And then, ada plak lagi sorang member kt FB link kt to me this TAGA Stroller Bike. Memang cun! Tapi lepas carik google ada jual tak kat Mesia nih, yilek daaa... Paling dekat pun kt Singapore.

Itupun OUT OF STOCK sudah!

Kalau aku dapat ini stroller bike, complete sudah hidup ku... petang2 letak anak dlm seat dia, pastu aku cycle keliling kampung.

Btw, any suggestions what brand i should buy? Or maybe i should ignore the brand, instead i should look at the specs of the stroller. Especially for the safety of the baby kan?

It's my son's favourite song. Everytime we jumped in the car, he'll always ask us to play song number 5 (the song is on cd burned by James and it's on number 5).

For the past 4 days, James and Kyle is in the Philippines. And that's how long i haven't listened to "Just The Way You Are"!

Somehow, i missed it now. When i drive my car, with my son next to me, and we both listen to the song repeatedly until i stop the car, at times i will complaint that my ears berdarah2 dgr lagu tuh dalam kereta. Tapi bila kali ni, 4 hari tak dengar the song, rasa rindu plak! To my son, my hubby and the song.

So, untuk mengubati rinduku, aku pun dengar lar lagu Bruno Mars itu di youtube!

Saya suka window shopping. Especially thru my WINDOWS 7!

Dengan technology yang begitu sungguh2 canggih sekarang nih, tak perlu susah2 meredah hujan & panas & traffic to do window shopping. Dari keempukan rumah (comfort of your home) dah boleh membeli tingkap (window shopping) dah sekarang nih. Sungguh senang.

Saya juga suka sopping barang murah. Sapa yang tak suka, ya tak? Jadik bila dah browsing thru some of my favourite blogshops, kalau tak cuci2 mata saje, kekadang tu, sure ada satu or dua barang berkenan di hati dan terkinja2 ingin membeli nyer.

Ni nak crita al-kisah 1 peniaga online yang hanya berniaga di dalam FACEBOOK. Selalunya aku nih malas nak add orang2 yang meniaga nih, bukannya apa, nanti gambar2 barang yang diorang nk jual tu, habih dia tag nama aku sekali. Ada ke muka aku nih sama ngan handbag Coach tuh? Or muka aku nih lebih kurang macam blouse kimono ke? Tolonggggg sikit ek!

Ok ok, aku bukannya nak crita pasal muka aku mcm product jualan peniaga2 dalam FB, tapi aku memang ada add fren 1 peniaga yang menjual CONTACT LENS. Selalu aku beli contact lens kat sini, tapi kat sini takde jual contact lens besar daripada 15mm diameter. That's why lar aku add minah yang jual contact lens dalam FB tuh... (sorry aku takmo link kan pompuan tuh, sebab dia dh tipu aku, watper aku nak pomot dia?)... Sebab dia ada jual lens yang melampau2 besar diameter nyer. Dari 15.00mm ke 16.00mm ke 16.2mm hingga lar ke 17.50mm.

Ok... anda lihat digit 17.50mm di atas? Paling besar yang aku selalu beli pun 14.8mm, itupun, kira ok lar, tapi aku nih suka mata bundar busat lagi memukau, so bila aku nampak 17.50mm, aku pun terkinja2 nak membeli nyer. Haritu (dalam 2 minggu lepas) kazen aku kawin artist, aku pun memang teringin sangat nak pakai lens besar tu ke wedding kazen aku. Masa tuh ada tempoh 10 hari lagi to my kazens wedding. Aku pun order la sebab barang nyer ready stock (order thru inbox FB jer). Walaupun harga nya masa tu RM75, aku tak kisah. Bukan senang nak dapat lens diameter besar cenggitu! So lepas aku hantar order kat inbox dia, aku tunggu punya tunggu punya tunggu reply dia, takde apa2 pun. Hampeh... Aku pun berkata di dalam hati kecil ku, "mungkin dia tak terima order aku kot?"

Sampai ke hari wedding kazen aku, takde reply apa pun from the girl. Aku pun, takde rasa apa2, tak rugi, tak untung, rasa jimat duit bila aku tak membuat sebarang pembelian drpd peniaga online tu.

Tau tau minggu lepas, peniaga itu telah menurunkan harga lens yang aku nak beli tuh ke RM50. Aku bersyukur banyak2 sebab tak beli sebelum tu, kot tak memang rugi giler. Harga RM50 tu termasuk postage. Aku slalu beli barang COD jer, tapi peniaga ni dok kat Sabah sana, macam mana mau ambik bah?

So tanpa berpikir panjang, (lebih kurang lepas 24 jam pikir!), aku pun hantar order sekali lagi ke inbox dia. Dapat reply. Dia bagi account number dia segala bagai lar. Aku pun tanpa berlengah lagi, terus login Maybank2u, buat transfer duit on SUNDAY, 23 October 2010, then she said ISNIN pos!

Kalau tak caya.... ni ha bukti nyer....

Alih2, that night, the same day after i paid the lens, dia boleh buat announcement kat status dia. Senang2 dia boleh kata barbie series hanya akan dipos pada hari khamis sebab hari rabu stock baru sampai! WATAFAK!

Aku pun terus hantar kat inbox dia, mintak kalau boleh dia post kan gak hari isnin, walaupun aku dah kelentong macam2, tapi dia tetap berkeras kata kena tunggu sampai stock baru sampai! Itu masalah aku ke? Ko kata benda ready stock, ko hantar lar aku nyer dulu, nak tunggu stock baru sampai buat hapa?

Aku hangin 1 badan, tapi aku still give face to her. Ok, takpe, takpe. Aku boleh sabar. Aku kelentong cakap kat dia, aku expect lens aku sampai before friday sebab ada wedding nak attend.

So... tiba malam jumaat, laki ku balik keje, aku dah tido, dia kejutkan aku, katanya ada packaging for me! Aku dengan mamai nyer, excited receiving my lens!

Bukak2, terus hampa, sebab kat botol tu tulis diameter nyer 16.00mm!

MANA AKU TAK HANGIN!!!!

Tapi pasal aku ngantok sangat, aku letak botol tu ke tepi, sambung tido.

Esok pagi nyer, (Jumaat), aku terus bukak PC, online FB, masuk inbox, hantar mesej kat dia..... cerita selanjutnya, korang baca dolu apa dia reply kt aku ya... lihat kat arrow merah tu!

So, bila dia tulis mcm tu, aku kasik bambu sama dia. Aku cakap kat dia, to me, pattern special edition ke, paling latest ke, its not important to me. SIZE DOES MATTER!!! And then aku terus remove her from my fren list! Senang2 ko boleh kata FORGOT ya? Ko dah nyanyok ke hapa?

Moral nyer di sini especially untuk peniaga2 online nih, PLEASE JANGAN TIPU!

Ok skarang, gua nak tunjukkan product yang aku beli tuh!

I've been wanting to talk about this issue long time sudah tapi setiap kali nk amik gambar bukti selalu tak dapat.

Issue apa tuh? Jeng jeng jeng.... Issue orang lelaki bawakkan handbag kekasih/gefren/scandal/bini/mak/nenek bila berjalan2 di shopping malls/taman2/pasar malam, senang crita, di tempat2 yang ramai orang lar. Ok lar, aku rasa kalau mak or nenek ko tu tua tak larat nak bawak handbag dia tu, aku rasa dikecualikan lar. Lagipun, it's ok to tolong orang tua. Kena hormat.

Tapi yang aku tak paham nyer, kenapa orang2 muda kita nih, tak kisah lar, baik kaum cina or kaum melayu (so far aku tak penah nampak kaum lelaki india bawakkan handbag kekasih/gefren/scandal/bini diorang), yang pompuan especially nyer, suka nak suruh kekasih/scandal/suami ko tu bawakkan handbag ko. Kalau dah tak larat sangat, atau nyampah nak carry handbag ko yang besar bagak tu, baik ko jangan bawak langsung handbag tu. Bawak yang kecik2 jer, atau senang, kuarkan duit, mykad, kad atm, blood card, kad tesco, kad jusco, lesen memandu ko tuh, sumbat terus dalam pocket seluar ko.

Takde pocket ko kata? Haaaaa... dinasihatkan everytime ko nak kuar jalan ngan kekasih/bofren/scandal/suami ko tuh, ko pikir masak2, patut atau tidak ko bawak handbag besar bagak ko tu and sanggup tak ko carry handbag ko tu sepanjang masa! I MEAN ALL THE TIME!

Aku takkan, never, nunca, nada, ayau ko (sumer bahasa kuar ha), i repeat, TAKKAN suruh laki aku pegang handbag aku bila in public! Walau seberat mana pun bag aku, aku akan carry sendiri. Kamon lar, aku tau respect laki aku ok!!! HE's A MAN!!! Unless it's grocery shopping bags or shopping paperbags/plastic bags!

Mcm mamat yang aku dapat snap gambar dia kt bawah ni, mamat nih konon nak tunjuk gentleman or lembik, i dono, pegi order makanan untuk bini dia yang sedang duduk di meja bersama2 anak nyer. Pada aku, dua dua DOL, sebab yang bini, ko duduk, apa salahnya ko letak handbag ko tu dekat meja ko? And yang laki pulak, ko nak gi order makan, kenapa ko kena bawak handbag bini ko tu? Nak tunjuk gentleman?

Or mungkin dia nak sauk duit bini dia bayar makanan yang dia order tu kot? Mungkin!!! Tapi tidak, sebab obviously he took out money from his wallet!

Entah lar....

*nota kecil - i think also dikecualikan bagi bini/mak2 yang ada anak kecil yang mana kekadang kita bawak handbag pastu nak kena carry anak kecil kita. So mungkin OK kot kalau suami kita bawakkan handbag kita sekejap jer lar. Jangan lar melampau2 sampai balik umah suami kena carry kan!!! Tapi macam masa anak aku kecik dolu, aku tak bawak handbag da... sumbat sumer barang aku dlm diaper bag... Giler ke nak bawak "handbag" banyak2! Tak kuasa mak... anak kecik tu pun dah kira macam "handbag" tau!!! "Handbag" paling berharga!
