Have u heard of UNIQLO? I've never heard of it until all the twitterettes kecoh2 kt twitter about the new opening outlet at FAHRENHEIT 88 (formerly known as KL PLAZA) on the 4th of November 2010 in Kuala Lumpur.

So to find out, i googled and found Uniqlo website and they have a game where u just enter your starting address and follow the trail to Kuala Lumpur outlet and you might win a RM20 voucher.

i've tried to enter from Vancouver expecting the trail is long,
and banyak baju that i can pick up,
tapi i was wrong,
3 helai baju jer ada along the trail and no prize! :(

the movie RED

I've just finished watching the movie... kat rumah.

Citer dia memang BEST. Walaupun di awal citer tu aku kena layan anak ku nyer imaginasi bermain dengan toys dia (sampaikan dia heran bila aku agree to play with him), dengan tangan bz bermain toys, tetapi mata dan tinga ku tetap di skrin tv (itu namanya multi-tasking)!

Cerita dia, biasa lar, kisah CIA, Vice President US, and FBI and girlfren. Tapi wa salute bila hero nyer Bruce Willis masih mantap dan meletop berlakon citer action. Paling best wa suker tengok Helen Mirren!!! Dasat tul...Klah klah klah (sebutan CLASS bagi orang orang kelantan)!

Kat Mesia nih, kalau pelakon dh tua, ko dok diam berlakon jadik atok & nenek jer lar... ;D

FACE LOTION (Miracle Water)

I will talk about a good miracle water... setanding ngan 1 brand yang mahal nak mam**s and konon nyer memang 100% pitera lar, apa lar, tapi sales girl nyer sumer hampeh!

Sebelum aku cerita dengan lebih lanjut tentang miracle water yang aku guna ni, aku nak cerita pengalaman ku berhadapan dengan salesgirl yang jual miracle water yang mahal tu.

Selalunya kalau aku gi shopping, memang jangan harap lar korang boleh tengok aku dress gila vavi vogue tak hengat, sebab aku ni suker natural beauty. Maknanya muka ku tak taruk makeup hapa pun, kekadang kalu rajin aku tempek jer baby powder anak aku.

Dressing pulak jangan cakap lar. Adik aku selalu cakap, "dressing ngan muka 'tak-bole-blah'." Walaupun aku tak paham apa statement dia tu, tapi aku tak kesah. Yang penting aku happy.

Lagi satu, handbag yang aku bawak pulak bukannya yang gah-branded-riban-riban nyer handbag. Kekadang aku bawak shopping bag aku beli RM5 kat DAISO jer. Alaaaa... yang plastic canvas bila jalan bergesel2 bunyinya tu. Kalau aku nk bergaya sikit, aku bawak lar handbag imitation Ed Hardy aku tu, itu pun sebab handbag tu besar, bila sopping aku ni suker sumbat dlm handbag jer, takyah bagi plastic, PLASTIC TAK BOLEH RECYCLE!

So.... dari description aku di atas, mesti korang boleh bayangkan camner aku nyer rupa. Kiranya kalu aku masuk butik LV, dah sah2 aku kena halau kuar, dia hengat aku peminta sedekah! Kui kui kui....

Berbalik pada cerita miracle water, aku nyer member sekolah salah sorang ni penah lar hampir meracau maner nak cekau duit beli miracle water yang mahal itu. Aku pun musykil, apa yang bagus sgt. So, dengan confidentnya, aku carik kaunter SK-II.... masa tu di Sogo. Aku hengat lagi, salesgirl dia 3 orang. 3-3 takde wat pape pun masa tu (perlu diingat aku ni suker berjalan di mall bila orang lain sumer bekerja seperti contoh, hari Isnin pagi atau Khamis sebelum tengahari!)

Sampai kt kaunter SK-II, aku pun tanya lar salah sorang budak pompuan yang takde wat pape tu tentang Miracle Water. Dia boleh point out ajer di mana letaknya product tu. Aku pung terkial2 lar mencari apa benda pun aku tak tau. Yang aku remember remember forget, muka artist2 cun dlm iklan promote SK-II, jadik aku pun meragau lar carik apa yang aku sendiri pun tak tau!!!

Bila agak2 aku betul sampai kt Miracle Water tu nyer counter, in the end, aku belek2, still tak tau apa nak buat, nak tanya or nak blah ajer, sebab tak dilayan. Agaknya salah sorang salesgirl tu perasan aku tercengang2, dia pun datang seperti tak berselera nak melayan aku! Aku pun nampak riak wajahnya, tanya baper hengget, dia bgtau harga tapi dlm hati dia mesti sumpah seranah aku ni tanya harga macam mampu beli (eh, mampu lar aku beli, ko hengat aku takde duit ke kalau aku dressing-tak-bole-blah?).

Aku ni pulak, biasa lar, kalu ko judge aku daripada cara aku dressing mcm tak mampu nak beli (jangan cakap beli lar, aku rasa diorang tu bengang aku 'bertanya' pasal product mahal tu), aku pun blah ajer lar, and nekad takmo gi situ dah....

Di lain citer pulak, selepas aku tak success dpt info about the miracle water kt Sogo, aku gi counter SK-II di Jusco pulak (ini terjadi hari yang lain lar ya)...

Nak dipendekkan citer, incident yang sama berlaku lagi. Kesiannnn kt aku. Sampai sekarang aku tak tau berapa harga SK-II Facial Treatment Essence or so-called Miracle Water itu! Pfffftttt...

After a while, came out Hada Labo pulak. I found out about it on FB, after being suggested by my big sista. Sent out my details to Hada Labo, they sent me a sample of the face lotion, i tried and very happy after 1 week using it.

Was so excited to look for it, tapi hampeh tak jumpa. Memang lar tak jumpa kalau aku pi carik kat Watson's tapi sebenarnya benda tu dijual di Guardian.... LOL.... *slapself*

Sebab aku mencarik tak jumpa, adik aku ni yang bijak pandai teringat kedai DAISO. Alaaaaa... kedai JEPUN yang barang2 nyer RM5 tu.

Actually susah nak differentiate my normal skin face ni after using it, tapi one thing i noticed, my skin become SUPPLE and FLAWLESS and BOUNCY gitu *toing*

Now my whole family are using it. Yang paling obvious can see the difference is my big sista cos her face is so dry plus wrinkles and looks unhealthy. After using this lotion for 1 week, her skin almost look like mine sudah....

Post kali ni, ku update sumer dlm 1 ok... malas nk wat banyak2 entry. Letih den... sumer citer ku akan pendekkan. Kalu tak pendek, ia akan jadik panjang lar...

PUASA MONTH
I was 5 months pregnant masa puasa month hari tu (1st day Ramadhan - September 9th, 2010). Managed to puasa, tapi ada skip about 5 days. Itupun sebab tak tahan tengok kuih denmark, ku batalkan ajer puasa ku.....

RAYA
This year, raya was great. No one masuk spital, no one jatuh sakit. Some relatives came over to mum's house. 2nd day raya, we all went to visit Sekinchan. The food was marvellous (maksu masak Nasi Tomato), malam pulak diorang sumer main bunga api 22 das. Rasa mcm kt KLCC jer... Mikail jadik 'jakun' sekejap sebab dia tak penah tengok orang main bunga api roket. He always cover the ears, takut katanya! One thing for sure, Kyle jadik rebutan anak2 gadis kampung (his cousins)... 2 orang (anak Fara and anak ila) berebut2 nk ngorat Kyle. Yang kesian nyer, Kyle cakap omputih ngan the 2 girls, and the girls boleh cakap kt mak diorang "APA YANG MIKAIL CAKAP MERAPU TU MAK?".... kelakar kelakar...

OPEN HOUSE
Ada la beberapa jemputan tapi 1 jer yang sempat pegi. Sebab ada tu jemputan bertindih2.... mcm mana nak pegi? Ya tak?

PREGNANCY
Adehhh.... kali ni nyer pregnancy totally different from the 1st one. I did my 2nd scan at 29 weeks (just a few days ago), and the doc CONFIRMED its a girl. Masa lepas raya haritu, rashes naik kt leher. Jadik mcm ringworm. Gatal nyer ya amat. Mcm2 krim dh taruk tapi makin merebak. Memula sikit jer naik bintat2, pastu, the whole front neck merah2 sampai collar bone. After a few weeks, hilang camtu jer. Ok lar... Lepas tu, naik rashes kt celah va-jay-jay pulak. Ni lagi siksa. I thought it's not normal. Kena infection ke, rupanya after GOOGLE, memang ada pregnant women kena itchy kt va-jay-jay. Punya la panas and terbakar. Nak jalan susah. Nak kencing susah. Kena air sakit. It lasted for 4 days. Ubat nyer, mesti sentiasa kering 'the part'. Nangis2 aku tahan sakit. Bedak jadik teman baik ku. Alhamdulillah, lepas masuk hari ke-5 dah takde gatal2 lagik. Habis sindrom gatal2, masuk plak muntah2 nyer sindrom. Adehhh.... Betul2 menguji aku kali ni. Dah lar muntah, masuk pulak migrain. Pastu bila checkup monthly kt klinik, kata sugar dlm blood ku tinggi (this tests results after drinking one whole glass of glucose water!) and my hemoglobin is low (tak cukup iron). Adoimak.... dah kena diet. Masalah nyer, normal days aku check sugar (pinjam daddy ku punya check sugar!) takde sampai 6.0. Ntah lar clinic, ko memang saje nak nyusahkan aku. Follow jer la. Ikutkan hari2 aku jarang makan nasik melampau2. I love to eat veggie. Drank AIR KOSONG ajer. Jumpa dietician, dia pun heran naper sugar aku naik kalau aku nyer diet ok. I told her, since my mom dah kena insulin, and dad's kaki kena potong, dah tentu aku ni takut akan ada diabetis and dah sah2 aku akan jaga my pemakanan. Tak pasal2 nnti aku terfollow mcm parents aku, baru padan muka aku! Dietician tu siap tanya la aku, lepas makan nasik aku minum air apa? Aku ckp, air kosong jer, sebab aku ni memang tak suker air manis2. Pantang! Lagi la dia heran! Hmmm.... nak kata lantak, tak boleh. Aku risau gak takut nnti baby ku kena effect apa2. So skg ni aku berdiet ler... Craving2 tu jangan cakap la... macam2 ngidam ni.

WEDDINGS
I've 3 weddings to attend. 17th October 2010 in Melaka, 24th October 2010 in Bkt Jelutong Shah Alam and 6th November 2010 in Grand Blue Wave Hotel Shah Alam. Sumer kazen nyer wedding. Masalah now, kasut aku dah beli. Tapi since pregnant now, baju apa aku nk pakai gi wedding ni yek? Adehhh.... masalah gak tu.

DUIT TANAH
My mother-in-law in the Philippines baru dapat habuan besar selling parts of her tanah. So 10 anak2 dia sumer dapat habuan sorang sikit. My MIL actually bribing anak dia (my hubby) suh balik Pinas baru boleh dapat itu duit. Tapi pasal keje and masa tak mengizinkan, my hubby tak jadik balik. Instead they send the money to KUL. Dapat duit tu, hubby bought me Panasonic Viera LCD 37" TV. Tapi anak aku asyik tengok CARTOOONNNNN ajer... Tak kasik chance langsung nk tengok channel lain. Time aku tengok TV bila malam jer when Kyle dah tido. Itupun kekadang channel Astro mcm hampeh bila time aku tengok TV. This coming November, hubby and son will still be going back to Philippines. Again MIL sponsor duit tambang balik kampung. 7 November 2010 is my Father-In-Law 1 Year DEATH ANNIVERSARY. Lagipun ada urusan wasiat from my MIL. Rumah tu akan ditaruk nama James. Itupun laki aku dh risau kemain, sebab abang2 dia dah bergadoh2 dah berebut itu rumah. Aku hengat nak follow balik Pinas gak, tapi memandangkan aku ni dah nk masuk 8 bulan, kensel jer la... Kang terberanak kt Pilipin kang, habih jadik paspot hijau anak pompuan aku nih. Tak sanggup....

BARANG FOR NEWBORN
Belum prepare apa2 pun lagi. Adik aku kata tak yah beli pape, sebab Adli nyer barang still banyak lagi yang tak guna.

Cerita Anak!

I seldom talked about my son, Kyle.

At 4 and a half years, Kyle will be getting a 'baby sister' soon. I still haven't sent him to any kindergarten (mabee next year) cos i've been home schooling him. 

I also noticed he's a fast learner. Taught him once how to change to cartoon network channel on Astro, and NOW he's the official Astro Remote holder of the house! 

His daddy taught him to do paper aeroplane once, then Kyle will teach me how to do it. 

I taught him how to write his name, now he writes his own name but all the letters will be shuffled. Sometimes he spelled his name M-I-K-L-A-N, at times it's K-I-A-M-L-I....

Since baby i've been singing a lot of nursery rhymes to him, but he still doesn't know ANY of the songs, but instead he composed his own songs. Jangan harap nak dengar dia nyanyi twinkle twinkle little star, cos he will come out a song on his own... tak kisah lar time mandi or poopoo or walking at malls or before going to sleep, he'll hum or sing something that nobody ever heard before. It's always a different tunes and sometimes i'll be singing along with him too even though i don't know the song cos the song is too catchy ;)

Talking still 'pelat'. He can't say 'L' and 'R'. Jenuh i teach him to say 'LaLa', and he kept saying 'GhaGha'.... cute. I told him it's 'BaLLoon' and he'll say 'BaWoon'. But others letters or words, he's ok.


Makan? Very choosy. Selalu nk bread and peanut butter ajer. Bagi nasik, tak mo. Tapi kalau ada sambal, licin pinggan. :)


Itu ajer la kot... banyak lagi progress dia tapi tak ingat sangat lar pulak. ;P

Holiday with Aunty and Cousins from Australia to Charity show by DANCE TO PLATFORM

Sejak my last attempt post asking for anyone wants to charity donate baju ngandong to me, HAMPEH, sorang pun takde nk wat charity donation!!! Tapi gua malas nk citer pasal tu, sebab skg bulan posa.

Ok... post ni dah lama terperap dalam draft post... i think it's time to publish it. 

Entah lar, sejak aku ngandung number 2 ni, aku jadik pemalas yang teramat sangat. Malas, as in merias diri (mungkin sebab dah tak keje kot), tapi bab2 handle housework, alhamdulillah still ok. Tak leh malas. Kalau malas, aku rasa rumah aku tunggang langgang la jawabnya. 

Citer ni, happens in July (mak ai, sekarang dah masuk September dah nyah!). My aunty and kazens, after berapa belas tahun ntah since they last stepped their kaki here in KL, decided to have a short 2 weeks holiday in KL. Before they came, my aunty dah sound awal-awal that she wants to find her eldest son (with her previous husband) in perlis, and maybe nak pegi penang also for jalan2.

Ok, we were all excited that we planned a small welcome party at mum's house. Invited a few cousins who stayed in KL, but only 2 of them turn up.

Sampai2 jer, it was almost 5:30pm Saturday July 17th. Lepas makan2 snacks sikit, dia terus make plans to go boogie at Tropicana Golf Club where James working that time. Too bad, it was also my 1st day of maternity leave, that they missed watching me singing. So they insisted that i hafta tagged along and sing a couple of songs....

And that night, 3 cars went to the club.

They all went home at 1am, cos the next day (Sunday), we planned to travel up north to Perlis. Since i'm not working, i decided to follow. Brought kyle with me also.

2 cars pergi, left house at 11am, stopped at KFC sebab kazen ku yg mat salleh lelaki tu takmo makan local food. Ok....

I think kitorang masuk highway dah pukul 12 something, kena stop kat Penang around 5pm to pick up Achik and then continue driving till 8pm baru sampai Perlis. Sakit pungkok dok dlm keta!

Sampai, terus pi rumah Abang Rizal (momma's eldest son), then we makan at one of the relatives restaurant , and then checked in hotel BRASMANA HOTEL KUALA PERLIS. Sebab one of the relatives is the staff there, we get staff price. Ada astro, hot shower, complimentary breakfast for 2pax and everything nice except the pillow bagi aku sakit kepala. Malam tu terus pengsan sebab the next morning kitorang plan nak pergi Langkawi Island bawak depa tu semua jalan2.

Kalau hari weekdays, 1st ferry kuar at 10am. But we woke up early to enjoy our complimentary breakfast (tak penah2 aku bangun tido kul 7 pagi). Kelakar gak bila makan bekfes ngan mat saleh sebab me and my kakak bedal nasik lemak and omelette and the mat saleh's bedal cereals and fruits... heheh... jauh beza nyer... ader aku kesah? Lantak la...

Lepas makan, kitorang pun jalan kaki ke jetty kuala perlis (7 minit jer), and waited for our ferry to langkawi island.

 Baru turun ferry, kul 11pagi,

Monday morning 19 July 2010.

Sampai2 jer, kitorang terus pi jumpa pak sedara Abang Rizal, dia buat rental car servis, gedebak gedebuk, sedara or no sedara, dia tibai RM140 gak sewa van serena! Hmmm.... MAHAL gilos. Dah la kitorang amik van tu around 11:30am... kena return kul 6:30pm sebab last ferry leaving the island at 7pm. Kira sekerat hari jer tu! Takpe lar, next time jangan harap lar aku nk rent kereta ngan hang lagi!

Because it's a one day trip jer, kitorang pun planned our tour. (Sib baik kakak ku selalu pi Langkawi, so dia tau lar selok belok jalan2 kt Langkawi tu!)

Lepas tu kitorang jalan2 dekat area WATERWORLD, tengok2 orang meniaga tepi2 jalan and then gi duty free shop nyer.

Then we went back to KUAH town, lepak McDonald's (sambil surfing free WIFI to update FB status).

Last sekali, kitorang singgah EAGLE SQUARE.

At 6:30pm, kitorang return back the van, and waited for our ferry back to Kuala Perlis. All the way in the ferry my son tido. 45 minit jer pun.

Sampai back to hotel, kitorang gi makan again at the relatives stall. Tomorrow we're going to Penang plak.

The next morning, again bangun early pagi, had breakfast, drove to Penang. This time kitorang naik FERRY plak instead of the bridge. Lawa wor aku tak naik ferry!

We stayed 2 nights in Penang at Apartment Bayu Emas (right opposite Hard Rock Penang). Went shopping at Prangin Mall. Jalan2 at Batu Feringghi night market. Makan nasik kandar kampung melayu (siap tambah nasik dowh), and my camera battery kong (terlupa nk bwk charger).

We went home on Thursday morning at 10. Sampai KL around 3pm. Banyak incident tak menyelerakan diriku terjadi semasa percutian tu terutama sekali sebab melayan kerenah sepupu lelaki mat saleh ku yang macam lupa daratan bagus sangat tu, so bila balik rumah aku lepaskan aku nyer marah kt sumer orang di rumah. Sib baik diorang paham and aku nekad lain kali kalu diorang datang lagi, tak mo ler aku gi bercoti ngan diorang lagi! Adoiii...

Di lain cerita pulak, Eddie, my nephew get a chance to perform with his band, DANCE TO PLATFORM, at a charity bazaar on 31st July bertempat di TNB Bangsar. It was hot, the food was so-so, tapi dapat tengok eddie perform live for the 1st time, it was great.

I think orang perempuan dalam bandar besar ni sekarang takde la selalu mengandung. Bak kata kazen boboy ku, macamana orang bandar nk mengandung selalu bila laki ajak main lavi-davi, bini dah tentu jawab nak tengok astro or tidak pun nk update status dan komen-mengomen kt FB, betul tak? Coba tengok orang-orang kampung or orang-orang asli yang takde kemudahan televisyen, anak diorang sure berderet sebab takde Astro dan FB. Ahax....

Sebenarnya i nak cakap pasal baju mengandung! Rata-rata i tengok kt kedai-kedai butik mengandung baju sumer mahal-mahal. Kenapa ya? Kita pompuan ni mengandung 9 bulan jer. Pastu dalam masa 9 bulan tu pulak, dibahagi pada 3 peringkat. First 3 months tu takpe lagi la, still boleh sumbat skinny jeans or tank top yg kita beli RM10 selai. Tapi masuk 2nd trimester, perut dah makin mengembang. Kembang pun bukan secara mendadak, tapi selow-selow. Kang beli baju mengandung time 2nd trimester tiba last trimester tak bole pakai pulak.

The last time i got pregnant, it was 4 and a half years ago. I ni plak, jenis orang yang suka bersedekah baju yang tak pakai. Every year i like to cleaning up my closet (mcm lagu eminem plak), and kumpul2 baju yg tak boleh or tak mau pakai and sedekah jer kat kampung-kampung. Selalu nyer kampung SEKINCHAN lar untung sebab makcik-makcik sebelah mak ku ramai di sana. So, lepas the last time i pregnant tu, kebanyakan baju pegnant i dh sedekah skali, sebab orang kampung sekinchan suker beranak pinak ramai-ramai, ahax (ada tv tapi takde FB).

Jadik, skg ni aku lar masalah, skg ni pegnant, aku kekurangan baju (tak sumer aku sedekah, tinggal kt aku pun 4-5 helai yg cantik dan boleh dipakai lagi). Skg ni, aku dh nak masuk 22 weeks. Aku belasah jer t-shirt ketat-ketat ku, and suar skinny jeans ku memang tak boleh sumbat lagi dah, so aku beli suar yoga pants byk. So berulang2 lar aku pakai baju yang sama. Sib baik aku tak keje. Tak kisah lar aku pakai baju tu berulang 2-3 hari pun! Hehehe... (bukannya gi mana2 pun, dok umah jer, tak berpeluh pun). 

Tapi tak lama lagi, nk masuk 3rd trimester, boleh lagi ku sumbat t-shirt ketat ku? Nanti jadik cam sarung bantal cempedak, buruk plak orang tengok.... Kena gi times square ler, carik baju yang ALL RM10 (ada ke yang aku muat ek?) Takde pun takpe lar, aku belasah baju ALL RM25, janji it's cheaper than those mengandung butik!!! Maner tau baju RM25 tu nanti aku boleh buat pakai gi nyanyi semula nanti!

Kesimpulan nyer.... NAPER BAJU MENGANDUNG MAHAL GILOS WHEN THEY KNOW THAT PREGNANT WOMAN CAN ONLY USE THEM FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME? (ok lar paling kuat pun boleh pakai up to 1 year sebab lepas beranak belum tentu perut tu boleh kempis, ya dak? 9 bulan dia kembung takkan 9 hari jer perut tu boleh kempis balik?)

Jadik nyer, raya tahun ni, memang aku tak beraya sakan lah, sebab 4 tahun lepas nyer baju raya ngandung still boleh pakai!

Sejak tak nyanyi ni dah lama tak dengar music wor!!!

Semalam (11 August 2010) gi monthly checkup kt klinik. Kebetulan ada doctor. (Klinik Kerajaan Ibu dan Anak Segambut tak selalu ada doctor, kena buat appointment).

So lepas nurse check heartbeat baby, they said i can do scanning. Jumpa doctor, doc soal selidik sikit basic family and all, she said ok ready to scan my tummy!

I'm 21 weeks sudah. 5 months kira bulat. Baby's healthy, forming very well. I saw the backbone, the head, the hands and the legs. Lastly i asked the doctor for the gender. Doctor scan and scan, selak sana, selak sini, after a few hmmm and ahhh, she said it's A GIRL, but still have to do another scanning at 29 weeks to double confirm the gender!

Alhamdulillah, the baby's 400gms sudah. I just need to do another glucose test sebab gula naik to kiraan 7! Hmmm.... mestilah naik kalau lepas minum air gula segelas !!! 

So now, it's officially confirm i'm carrying a GIRL. And the name will be LAILA ELENA SUMILANG. Thought of putting my name instead of ELENA tapi i takut tak serasi plak anak ku pakai my name. So ubah sikit lar jadik Elena.

*Maybe i will go to a normal clinic and do scanning again. Nak tunggu doc buat scanning masa 7 bulan nanti lama lagi. Hehehe....

*Semalam also the 1st day of Ramadhan. I survived my 1st day. Hopefully the following days until 1st Syawal i can tahan puasa. Insya'Allah.
